Job description:Hi there, I am looking for a specialist to come and view a property and let me know extent of work required as well as cost, with a view to having it done when I exchange/complete. The survey says the following:- (a) There is a slight overflex to the floorboards in certain areas of the ground floor of the property. Carpets need to be lifted to ensure the floors below are adequately supported (and a quote for repairs). (b) Due to the overflexing of the floors check for woodwork, dry rot and other timber defects required to flooring and roof area (and quotes for making right). Thanks Sarah
