Job description:I believe there maybe a few elements to this job. We will need a chimney stack re built as this as capped prior to us buying, so we do not know when it was last used so the hearth area will also need to be checked and possibly replaced. There is an old gas pipe capped but we have been told this has was not in use with previous owners so at least 4 years.
