Job description:Basically need quote for damproof course and replastering of a downstairs room approx 5m x 4m. One of the walls adjoins the property next door, and one adjoins a barn. Here are the details from the house survey: Internally the external walls have dry lining and plaster finishes. The dry lining, particularly to the rear wall in the living room may conceal damp to the underlying wall. The front walls contain ceramic ventilation tubes which act as a form of damp-proof course. To the ground floor living room the walls have the original plaster which is uneven and hollow in places. It should be noted that the original plaster finish may well be reaching the end of its serviceable life.
