Job description:(possible job... cellar is in property that I am considering buying) ~30x20ft cellar. Area is reasonably dry but seeps as below DPC. Contains pit and pump to one corner (can remain outside of tanked area). Cellar floor is concrete in seemingly good condition (not fully inspected due to cellar contents). Cellar ceiling (floor above) is concrete with steel joists. Supporting steels (not too substantial, approx 6) exist from cellar floor to support house. Ideally would like steel structure modified to open up area e.g. from __I__ to /???\. Would like most of cellar volume tanked to provide additional living accommodation. Job completion only to point where steel supports are modified and cellar volume is tanked. I will complete plumbing, electrics, finish etc. No idea on cost other than current owner had previous tanking quote for 3,000.
