Removal of old concrete plus new patio in St John's

Job description:Creation of new patio at back of victorian terrace. (Has access along side). Will require removal of old concrete, lowering of ground level by approx 10cms and leveling of site. Then after drains have been relined I would like a new patio created. Not sure what materials yet. Area outside kitchen is approx 8'x 15' plus area beyond house of approx 15'x 15'.
