Job description:Turn a current storage property (size 5.5 meters by 4.2 meters) into a open plan house. This would entail knocking down two non load bearing walls. Blocking up two doors. Fitting a large window to the back. Fitting a bathroom suite and surrounding wall for this. Fitting a new kitchen. Part of the floor has a metal grate this would have to be covered over. Further work will take place in the future(Loft area and porch).
