Soundproofing stud walls in Hyde Park and Woodhouse

Job description:I am looking into soundproofing 2 bedrooms with stud walls. Only one wall in each bedroom would require soundproofing as I need to block out noise from the adjoining house. The bedrooms are 3.18m wide and about 4.8m wide, though I'm not sure of the heights or precise measurements. The larger one has a large amount of furniture built onto the wall that needs soundproofing, which I'm assuming would need taking down and reassembling. I would like quotes for labour and materials for each bedroom separately with an indication of how much of the noise is likely to be blocked out by the noise. I would also like details of the materials to be used so I can check them out. Looking forward to hearing from you as the noise is really doing my head in!
