Job description:There is a wet patch which is rapidly rising up the internal wall of the living room. This is the only external wall in the room as this is a mid terraced, back-to-back house. The wall has been treated recently on the outside as we thought that salts may have been coming out of the old stone and had caused the paint on the same part of the internal wall to bubble up. There has recently been some water in the cellar and this has been boarded and sealed to make it water-tight.
