Job description:We have a minor damp problem in a number of the walls of our house. Approximately 15% of the external walls, and 10% of internal walls require damp-proofing. There are some signs of salt marks in some areas. Please include cost of replastering the areas and teh removal and re-fitting of 2-3 radiators to access the areas. Please note if the cost of redecoration is included or is possible to be included in the price. The surveyor who examined our property pre-purchase noted that it required some of the brick ties replaced as the old iron brick ties were rusting, expanding and damaging the brickwork. Please quote for the replacement of the brick ties and re-pointing if this is also required after the work is finished. The brickwork only goes up to the bottom of the first floor level.
