Job description:We have a small area of damp in our extension that needs to be corrected. We also have problems with condensation in one of the bedrooms that I would like to have improved. There is also a damaged area of plasterboard in the bedroom that I believe is from a leak that happened with previous owners. I would like the plasterboard replaced, and the wood behind it checked to make sure the leak didn't damage anything else, and that the leak has actually stopped!
