Job description:•Withdraw all insulation from above the sloping ceilings and from below the valley •Fit over the sloping ceilings rigid insulation boards (such as Kingspan) tightly between the rafters on top of the plasterboard such as to leave a continuous 2”/50 mm ventilation gap between the insulation and felt. It is recommended that this is carried out externally from the valley after stripping off the bottom courses of tiles •Fit 6”/150 mm layer of lagging over the horizontal ceilings in such a way as to not preclude ventilation over the sloping ceilings
