Job description:The front wall on the top floor was damaged by a leaking drian pipe (affecting two rooms). The wall is still damp despite the pipe being fixed. The plaster needs to be removed to the brickwork then damp proofed. I think the two windows will also need to be replaced but this may be a seperate job.
