Job description:We have recently instructed a Homebuyers Survey. We have been advised that there is some rot noted to timbers in the basement and several areas with high moisture readings on the ground floor. As a condition of our mortgage offer we need to instruct a specialist Timber and Damp inspection with a BWPDA registered firm and provide them with reports and estimates. Do you carry out this work in the Newton-Le-Willows area, and do you charge for providing these reports / estimates?
