Job description:I am a Chartered Surveyor and property manager responsible for the management of about 200 houses/flats most of them c1900 with solid brick construction and various amounts of rising damps in the external walls. Most are in Liverpool. Most treatments I have paid for have failed. If anyone can provide me with any way of dealing with the problem by injection or tanking or concealment etc then I can guarantee a lot of work.
