Job description:Have just lifted vinyl, hardboard and parquet floor. Hardboard was damp and fixings rusted. Has a sticky black layer now over concrete but with lots of holes. Needs urgent attention so I can get new vinyl laid, needs levelling and damp proofing. Approx 3m x 3m
