Checking a problem with floorboards / internal wall in St Michael's

Job description:have a problem with bouncy floorboards in one downstairs room. The room shakes when walking in it- even lightly- plus some apparent damp on a small patch of an internal wall. (there is no apparent problem with damp on the external walls) I want to get a diagnosis and some quotes to put it right.
