Job description:Bathroom:-remove existing stud wall and rebuild to make room larger. remove tiles from walls and wood cladding from ceiling. replaster ceiling. retile walls. remove bath, shower and washbasin and refit new suite. bath freestanding and washbasin (vanity unit) and shower with own light. towel radiator to be repositioned. (LPG) May need some new floor boards. Fitted cupboard in bedroom to be re located as it fits on reverse of wall to be removed and re located. Hallway:- remove pillar under stairs - may be a supporting pillar so expert advice needed. under stairs light fitting. Downstairs cloakroom:- remove wall tiles. re tile half/half. refit existing washbasin. fit new wc. Kitchen:- complete refit. removing wood cladding from ceiling and plastering. half of kitchen is wooden floor with space underneath and we want it made solid then maybe underfloor heating in whole area(depends on cost) but all floor tiled anyway. fit new kitchen and necessary tiling. All new internal doors fitting. Depending on quotes may have bathroom done first and kitchen and downstairs later.
