Job description:External painting of 4 bed semi, to include front door, stone sills/masonrywork under windows various windows ( eg front bay is four separate panels with upper and lower sections). Job includes front and back of house and . Also to include , as preparation for painting - looking at /restoring/treating woodwork at front of house where wood has dried out where sun hits it. Paintwork will require picking out work as paintwork on window frames and doors is two contrasting colours on beading/main frame areas. House built early 1900's
