Job description:i have a ground floor maisonette, built in the 1950's, which i rent out. I had a water leak from the hot water pipe in Nov which has only just dried out, but there is still a lot of moisture in the walls (external), and a thermal imaging test has shown no further leaks. The insurance company believes the dpc has been compromised, so i need to get this confirmed and fixed asap (not sure if tenants will have to move out?)
