Job description:Looking for advice and then works to outside wall or floor slab to irradicate damp smell in lounge. Smell gets stronger when raining. Assumed to be a be breach of DPC on outside wall, skirting removed to no avail, maybe somewhere on slab, possibly breached when removing fireplace? Would appreciate a quote for works.
