Job description:Hi, i am looking remortgage my property and i have been told there is there maybe some damp present in the house. They also require a bore hole inspection of the wall ties.. the mortgage company is being perdantic about this i feel but its needs to be done i guess. So what i need is a damp report with a wall tie inspection. The house is currently let out to students so any inspections would have be done with discretion. The house is based in fallowfield.
