Job description:Damp penetrating through two outside kitchen walls and one outside back living room wall. I have been informed that a new 9 inch damp proof course will be required for the two kitchen walls and the living room wall can be injected with chemical treatment. Quote would include fitting a basic new sink and drawer unit in the kitchen, as the current one will need to be removed. I would prefer to arrange for the tradesman to do a quick visit before giving a final quote to assess what is required. The property is tenanted but access can be arranged quite easily.
