Need advise on damp kitchen floor extension in Harpurhey

Job description:There is a damp course on the extension and house but internal support pillar and floor Around the edges seems damp where the wall and floor meet, need someone to come give advise. I have a feeling that the walls need repointing and sealing again but need expert advise on what to do. The previous roof leaked and I have that replaced. Any expert with knowledge and skill needed thank you
