Job description:I am about to buy 54 Silver Street in Irlam i have had a survey done, and its been recommended i have the D,P,C and the sub-floor timbers checked before i go ahead with the purchase. would it be possible to carry out a DPC and Sub-floor timber inspection? The sellers know i'm having this done. Would it be possible to go through Irlam Estates to arrange a time/day etc? Irlam Estates number is 0161-777-9797
