Job description:The rooms have been plasterd but unsderstand that there will be some damage to this, the structure is sound except for the damp and some repointing. I'm not sure of the dimensions of the area needing to be damp prooofed but front back and the kitchen need doing. This is a repair as the building is over 100 years old.
