Job description:I've just had a survey done on a flat I'm looking to buy and the recommendations were to get a more thorough investigation of the walls for damp and the sub-floor construction for timber defects. At this stage I'm only looking for information on how much any necessary work would cost in order to decide on whether to proceed with the purchase.
