Job description:I'm looking for indicative quotes at this stage for a property that I've just purchased. The property has been empty for approx 10 years, with a large hole in the roof. It looks to suffered from squatters and now pigeons! Looking at the house briefly it needs a complete overhaul. Copper piping has been stolen, fireplaces stolen, etc etc, I'd say, a new roof, windows, kitchen, central heading, flooring, bathroom, plastering, wiring etc is needed. The property is terraced and housed over 3 floors with the following estimated dimensions. Ground floor - entrance hall, front room (15x15), lounge (10x10), kitchen (9x16) First floor - bathroom (7x7), bedrooms 1 (5x6), bedroom 2 (10x10), bedroom 3 (18x11). Second floor - bedroom 4 (15x10), bedroom 5 (7x7). I'm will be getting the keys soon but I'm keen to get indicative costs at present.
