Job description:We have a damp problem in our lounge (inside is damp to touch & mould, but also has a wet patch on outside) and another in our kitchen (rear wall of property, inside it is damp coming up from what would be skirting board & behind a cupboard, again mould showing). We need both cure and prevented in future. Not sure about the condition of any damp proof course which would have been put in prior to us buying this property.
