Job description:I have a broadband connection that works perfectly from the BT test socket although not from the main socket or extentions once connected. All phone sockets appear to work correctly for voice calls although they do not for broadband. Within the main socket there are some loose wires so could be an easy one to fix although could be more issues to resolve.
