Insulation of two solid walls, rest of house later. in Arboretum

Job description:The first wall is 350X250m and the second wall is 390X250m. I'm not fused which materials are used although I'm looking to have something that is efficient but doesn't take up too much space in the room due to the arrangement of the room. The two wall are the house side walls of a solid brick house. I need to have this room done asap due to tenents living in the house, but I hope to have the rest of the house isulated within 6 months.
