Job description:Quote for assessment of damage caused by rising damp along full external ground floor wall of a 3 bed 1918 property in ladybay, nottingham NG2. In addition damp is evident on a first floor chimney breast and underneath a first floor window. To investiaget cause of damp andf provide quote on repair. This is for a property which we do not own but are looking to put in an offer to purchase. We are therefore scoping out the problems we have identified. Vendor has given permission to attend property.
