Job description:I think we may have a damp problem on our home. We have discovered the plaster under our wallpaper is wet rather than damp! It comes to around 2ft high at the bottom of the stairs. We have had no smells or mould so it is quite strange and there are no visible signs outside that I can see to indicate it is a problem with a damp proofing.
