Job description:We are in the process of buying a house in Oxford and the building survey commented that there was a small amount of damp in the dining room and signs of past woodworm. The house has had a pervious damp treatment but we have been unable to find out when this was carried out and no guarantee has been provided. We are looking to find someone who will be able to have a closer look at the problem and quote on how much it will cost to sort out as soon as possible as we would like to exchange in the next couple of weeks (10th Feb 2012)
