Job description:The flat is a one bedroom flat which needs refurbishing including; Clear flat and dispose of, all carpets, kitchen appliances etc. Decorate flat though out, making good bathroom walls before decorations, colour TBA. Supply labour and material Strip out old kitchen, fit new kitchen including the plumbing and electrical work, labor only. Strip out bathroom, fit new toilet, new sink, new shower, new washing machine area, labor only Renovate and bring forward old wood floors (currently under carpet) Build new cupboard in the bedroom, labor and materials. Move electrics, ceiling and wall lights, labor only.

Budget:£4,000 - £8,000
