Need air bricks replacing/investigating to check air flow as we have damp on walls. in Stadhampton

Job description:1930's bungalow with small cavity wall gap - has metal faced air bricks but we have damp on the inside of the house near the bricks. Need to replace/change the airbricks and also I have checked behind one and the inner wall is solid so no air flow under the house - not sure if it is the same on all the air bricks.
