Needed: Specialist Tradesman in Summertown, OX2
Job submitted:Apr 6, 2008
Job description:The concrete floor under the bathroom cabinets has some moisture (I haven't mentioned this to my wife but I think when I washed the wall tiles a few months ago I may have spilt some water between the wall tiles and counter). I hope this is a non-recurring issue but I would like somone to check that there is no other damp source other than my one-off stupidity. Then there is the issue of the wall damage on the otherside of the bathroom in the hallway where the paint has pealed and there is mould. I would like to have that made good in the most effective way. I am happy to repaint the wall when it is ready or would be happy to consider a quote for that as well. Once this is all done, the plinths (which I have removed) need to be placed back and resealed with sealent (I think the colour was similar to the grout (colour: Jasmine) and I would like clear sealent run along the granite backsplash and the ceramic wall tiles.
Budget:I'm not sure
