Job description:I have had a damp and timber survey / quote for work as this was required by my mortgage company prior to buying the house. However, before going ahead with anything, I would like to get a few more quotes. Work required = chemical damp proof course front and back (2-bed mid terrace) + replaster to ~ 1m +/- timber treatment. I would the work to start ASAP.
