Job description:A converted one bedroomed flat that has no proper facilities ie. kitchen or bathroom - not been updated since 1950. It needs rewiring, replumbing, kitchen, bathroom, plastering and dpc. I need somebody to come around on Sunday 12th February to look and price up with a view to starting work asap.
