Job description:we are in the process of buying a 3bed semi detached (100yr old, external render walls) in the post code area. Surveyor found evidence of dampness, " located close to the front of door in the hallway, to part of the front wall and within some of the walls of the rear extension" He also recommends that " inspection of the whole property should be carried out by a spcialising firm" we are therefore looking for a firm who could detect any rising dampness area and recommend us with any treatment and repairs. and possibly give us a quote for the job to be carried out.
