Job description:we have a patch that had appeared in our living room front room we are not sure if it is damp but it feels cold and clammy to touch, we recently had the room decorated so suspect it had been there for some time but the last paint didnt show. It is an outside wall was wonder if it was damp and want someone to come and look at it.
