Clear front garden to make an extended paved/block driveway and reduce front garden wall. in Tithebarn

Job description:I have an additional car arriving at the house so what I want to do is take back the front garden wall by a good few feet (includes a traditionally built brick wall/gate post end – see photos), then clear the front garden which is currently a small plot of grass and associated borders. I then want a paving/block scheme to blend in with the rest of the driveway block paving (could be contrasting colour if it looks ok) that will take the weight of an additional car. I will need to keep the two side borders to allow for drainage. I have an email from the Council which tells me what I can and can’t do in terms of surfaces. I would also like the contractor to tidy/clean up the current red block paving that forms the rest of the driveway. The pictures I have uploaded should give you a pretty good idea of the area. The dimensions are 520cm x 420cm.
