Job description:We live in a Victoria House which has been converted into four flats (one on each level) and we're in the basement. There is a chinmey breast in the lounge which has been blocked up and we would like a gas fire installing. We're conscious that there are three flats above us, but are aware that the flat two floors us does have a working gas fire installed. We're looking for an assessment to check the chimney can be used etc - we would also need the gas supply putting in to the fireplace from the kitchen.
