I need some soundproofing in my home to at least diminish the impact noise coming from next door in Calverley

Job description:I currently live in an old terraced house in Leeds. I suffer from a wide array of loud impact noise from next door (heels on hard stone floors, chairs banging etc). The main problem is next door neighbour in her kitchen - I can hear banging from my next door neighbour's kitchen in my bedroom, so I have no idea how the sound is travelling through the house, although I am willing to have the ceilings/walls/joists/floors all looked at. I need to noise level to be reduced at least!
