Job description:Our house is a Victorian Terrace House built in 1907. The Floorboards are exposed. There is evidence of common woodboring insect 'infestation'. Survey/report needed by a qualified specialist to determine if the 'infestation' is still active or not. (Suspected not as we have report indicating works completed on this - but we do not have the guarantee paperwork). BUDGET IS FLEXIBLE TO THE NEEDS OF THE SURVEY/ REPORT
