Job description:1) Adding insulation to interior of solid masonry wall. Fix membrane, build timber stud work, add insulation and finish with plasterboard and skim. approx 26 linear metres x ceiling height varies. 2) replace lathe & plaster ceiling (10 sqm already removed) with plasterboad and skim. approx 45sqm. 3) skim 2 artex ceilings approx 20sqm. 4) plaster internal bare brickwall, 5) infill doorway to exterior and other minor brickwork approx 6 sqm.
