Job description:3 fireplaces to be installed, 2 bedroom & 1 lounge. Current chimney breast in lounge is bare brick so tradesmen needs plastering skills as well. Lounge fireplace will be new, supplied by me. 2 bedroom fireplaces are originals that have been renovated & require new concrete sub hearths & hearth to be fitted. Also to be supplied by me but with guidance from the tradesmen. Obviously a site visit is required to clarify my ramblings!
