Job description:Our son is interested in buying a 2 bed terraced house in Redcar but there are obvious damp problems in the kitchen. We need an estimate to put this right so that we can put togethr an offer for the property. We are though going abroad for three weeks tomorrow but can still be contacted by e-mail or mobile after 14:00 tomorrow. If our offer for the property is accepted the job will go ahead, if not the estimate will be passed on to the vendors to give to other prospective purchasers.
