Job description:Roof requires re slating mid terrace 3 bed, built circa 1900 approx 23.5' by 13.6' (equivalent floor area on plans) rear gutter requires replacing, minor repointing work to chimney. 3-4 tiles require replacing on single storey kitchen extension at rear of property. Possible damp proof course reqd for exterior walls (front wall 13.6' rear wall approx 4' in total as rear extension has damp proof)
