Job description:2 bed Terrace property. Survey says that there is evidence of damp to the ground floor walls and penetrating damp to the front and rear walls at first floor level. Property consists of lounge 4.4mx4.4m Kitchen 3.5mx2.2m and 2 beds similar size. Whilst I appeciate that you will need to do a full survey before giving definate quotes I would appreciate some idea of how much this kind of work usually costs so that I can arrange adequate finance
