Job description:Cellar wall has a damp proof membrane but lower than the cellar head, appears to be damp on the dining room wall. All the dining room has been replastered and noticed it since the plaster has dried. Would want a remedy that can be dealt with from the cellar side, obviously not from the dining room newly plastered
